Tanya Airey Wins ITTN/TIGS Golfer of the Year

TIGS goes from strength to strength as was evidenced at an excellent outing at Baltray last Thursday when over 60 golfers enjoyed this excellent championship course. Scoring was difficult but the winners, Greg Cawley from Cork with 39 points and Helen Kelly with 34 points, achieved excellent scores.

Ian Bloomfield from Irish Travel Trade News presented the Golfer of the Year 2013 trophy to Tanya Airey, Sunway, who narrowly defeated Jack Sheill and Karen Keogh for the ultimate accolade of the TIGS year.

The next TIGS outing is The President’s (Audrey Headon) Prize at Killeen Castle in May.
