Travel Counsellors Announce Venue for Ireland 2015 Conference

Travel Counsellors Ireland will celebrate its 10th anniversary with its biggest conference to date. The company has revealed the venue for its conference next year as the 5-star Carton House Hotel in Co Kildare.

The conference will take place from Thursday 16th – Friday 17th April 2015 and will see a record of over 60 Travel Counsellors from across the country come together to celebrate its 10th anniversary since the company launched in Ireland in 2005.

Cathy Burke, Ireland General Manager, said: “The conference is set to be our biggest to date and promises to be an incredible event. We have so much to celebrate with our Travel Counsellors, their partners and families, and of course the suppliers who have supported us over the years.

“We also have our biggest ever contingent of Irish Travel Counsellors heading to Manchester next month to celebrate the company’s global 20th anniversary with over 1,400 colleagues, head office and suppliers from around the world. Almost 40 Irish Travel Counsellors will attend the conference along with partners – and the excitement is already building. There is such a fantastic atmosphere and feeling of camaraderie when our international family of agents get together, so we are eagerly looking forward to the event!”

During the Ireland conference delegates will enjoy an annual awards ceremony and gala dinner, inspiring conference sessions and a supplier Pow Wow session, where agents are able to meet directly with representatives from a host of tourist boards, hotels and airlines and learn more about their products and destinations.
