As part of Royal Caribbean International’s ongoing investment in training, the company is introducing a new ChoiceAir tool that enables flights to be allocated along with cruise bookings – and has also announced Irish winners of RCI’s ‘The Sea is Calling’ incentive.
Ruby Wake, RCI’s Automation Trainer for UK & Ireland, is calling into Dublin and Belfast to unveil the new tool that allows flights to be booked and confirmed without the need to call through to the Air/Sea desk and gives the benefit of instantly updating agents on flight options.
Following successful pilots, a rollout of training sessions for trade agents is scheduled for 3rd December in Dublin and on 5th December 2012 in Belfast. In characteristic Royal Caribbean style, the interactive training sessions will be fun and interactive with demos, quizzes and prizes.
A morning and an afternoon session at the Dublin and Belfast events are available for booking now on the ‘Visit us’ pages of the ‘Cruising for excellence’ section of the Cruising Power website at .
The trade website also carries further details about the ChoiceAir training along with updates on ship visit opportunities and the latest agent incentives.
The Sea is Calling Winners
Meanwhile, Niamh and Christine at Tour America, Jennifer and David with E-Travel, and Amanda at American Holidays are winners of Experience/Red Letter Day vouchers as part of Royal Caribbean International’s ongoing ‘The Sea is Calling’ autumn marketing initiative.
