Michaela is responsible for managing the retail sales in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, working closely with travel agents to ensure that they are equipped with the latest knowledge and collateral to effectively sell RCI cruises to customers.

Ben Bouldin, Sales Director, UK and Ireland, said: “Ireland is a hugely important market for us. Through the expansion of the sales team we are recognising its continued potential. We have doubled the size of our sales team and it is going from strength to strength. We are delighted to welcome Michaela who joins with excellent experience and a clear enthusiasm for the brand.”

Through Royal Caribbean’s Cruising for Excellence training programme and ship visits onboard Anthem of the Seas, Explorer of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas, Michaela already has a real passion and clear understanding of the business.

Reporting into Alex Johnston, Head of Retail, UK and Ireland, Michaela is based in the Dublin office and will work alongside National Sales Managers Jenny Rafter and Jennifer Callister, who will continue to manage the national accounts. The team based in Ireland will continue to be strongly supported by the cross-functional network based in the UK office in Weybridge, led by Holly Wilkinson.
