James Wins July ITTN+Emirates Photo Competition

Irish travel agents love to travel and judging by the initial response to the ITTN+Emirates Travel Photographer of the Year competition they shoot lots of pictures during their journeys – so the judges had a challenging task to select the initial monthly winner from the large number of entries.

The first of four monthly winners in this exciting competition is James Fleming from Sunway. His entry, entitled Heaven on Earth, has won him an Emirates trophy and a €200 voucher, plus he goes forward into the final, where he has the chance of winning the top prize of two return tickets from Dublin to anywhere in the world on Emirates’ extensive network.

He will also be a guest of the airline at the 24th Irish Travel Trade Awards Gala Dinner in the DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin – Burlington Road on Friday 27th November 2015.

James told Irish Travel Trade News that he was surprised to get the phone call from Lisa Rabbitte informing him that he was the July winner – and that he is keeping his fingers crossed for the final result in November!

New ‘Wild Card’ Finalist

ITTN and Emirates have now added another opportunity to win the top prize of two tickets to any destination on the Emirates worldwide network. A ‘wild card’ winner will join the four monthly winners at the Irish Travel Trade Awards on Friday 27th November 2015 in the DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin – Burlington Road.

This means that all entrants will have another chance to win the top prize. This ‘wild card’ winner will be selected from all the entries after the winners for July, August, September and October have been chosen.
