Dublin Direct to Cancun in 2014 with Thomas Cook

Irish Travel Trade News has learned that Thomas Cook is planning a direct charter flight from Dublin to Cancun for next year. It is understood that negotiations are at an advanced stage and that an announcement could be made shortly. The frequency is expected to be weekly.

It will open up the Irish market to Mexico, which has been a long-term objective of the Mexican tourist board. More than 22,000 Irish visitors went to Mexico last year.
