Winter offers scenic ski-slopes, well-groomed cross-country tracks, thrilling off-piste, and some of the most beautiful ski mountaineering itineraries in the Alps.

Cortina is host to major international sports events such as Tour de Ski and the Women’s Alpine World Cup, and includes famous runs that have made international ski history, such as the Olympia in the Tofane. The resort is part of Dolomiti Superskithe largest ski carousel in the world, which includes 12 ski areas, 450 lifts and 1,200km of runs, all accessed with a single ski pass.

In summer, Cortina turns into a great venue for outdoor adventurers of all ages. Kilometres of signposted hiking and biking trails, via ferrata itineraries and climbing routes, provide challenges and fun for all ages and skill levels. Add to this the excellent cuisine that can be sampled in Cortina’s many restaurants and authentic mountain refuges, and you have a recipe for the perfect holiday in the world’s most beautiful mountains.
