The Commission for Aviation Regulation has today published the Quality of Service reports for Q4 (October to December) 2014 using information provided by the DAA and the IAA.
The summarises the results for the quality of service schemes for aeronautical services at Dublin Airport, with new data reported for security queue times, baggage handling facilities, as well as passenger survey results.
The provides an update on the quality of service scheme for the IAA. There was no breach in terms of service quality.
Between October and December 2014 the DAA met the service quality targets for security queue search on all days. The DAA’s ACI results for all categories in Q4 2014 were above the targets set in the 2009 Determination. Quality targets related to inbound and outbound baggage systems were achieved.
