AirAsia X announced today that it is to switch its London flights from Stansted to Gatwick from 24th October 2011 – and trade sources have told Irish Travel Trade News that the Malaysian long-haul low-cost airline has Kuala Lumpur – Dublin in its sights as a potential route. AirAsia X will operate all its six flights weekly to KL from Gatwick by mid-December.
